Apply now IDEX Consulting is partnered with a leading Broker in South London who are looking to bring on an Account Handler who's looking to make a step up to a Team Leader, or a seasoned Team Leader who's looking for a new challenge. The role will encompass both the managerial and technical side, covering a range of commercial risks, for one of the most progressive Brokers in the south of London. You will manage, develop and grow a variety of accounts, suggesting ways in which to expand further and increase business revenue. As well as the technical side, there will be a managerial element which will include the motivation and leadership of a small team of Account Handlers, to increase GWP, volume and income. The business can offer a substantial amount of training and support both on the technical and managerial side and also a highly competitive remuneration package. The business are looking for someone who has gained substantial experience as an Account Handler, who's looking to make the move up to a Team Leader position, or perhaps a Team Leader who are looking to make a move from their current company.
