The team does a wide variety of company commercial work helping a range of clients including, Charities, sole traders, partnerships, small private firms and larger corporate and financial institutions. They are ideally looking for a paralegal with some experience in a relevant area of law (corporate, commercial, company work) but they might consider a good LPC/Law graduate looking for their first job. All candidates must also have good communication skills, be very organised and be comfortable with modern IT systems.
