We are currently seeking complex care support workers to work within our complex care team in Bristol & the surrounding area, shifts are 12 hours working with 1 client in their own home. As a part of the complex care team you will be delivering specialist care to service users with complex long term conditions within their own home, conditions such as Acquired Brain InjuriesSpinal Cord InjuriesMotor Neurone DiseaseHuntington'sCerebral PalsyVentilator Dependent ClientsTransitional Care At Network healthcare we understand the impact and the importance that continuity and reliability has for service users and their families, and that is why we reward our staff with outstanding rates of pay for their skills, reliability and loyalty. Salary: £23,500 - £30,000 36 hour Guaranteed contract As well as excellent pay we also provide our staff with the following: Free Enhanced DBSPOVA/POCA Checks Fully supported & free NVQ pathway Free Training Free Uniform Requirements Desirable - NVQ level 2 in Health & Social care with the desire to work towards NVQ level 3 in health & social care. Must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a relevant setting. Commitment to delivering the highest standards of patient care, enabling service users to reach their full potential. Previous experience or training around peg feeds, Tracheostomies, Suctioning ,Ventilators an advantage. Punctual & Reliable Whilst previous community experience is desirable it is not essential. Be competent & comfortable working in an autonomous working environment An understanding of complex care provision and the clinical & social challenges that delivering care in this environment can present. Full UK driving License. Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the service.
