Located in the South West, they have a reputation for providing personal and professional financial solutions within the market place. This Part Time role would ideally suit someone with previous experience in compliance administration and/or personal assistant support within Finance or Banking. A flexible working pattern is available with a pro rata salary of £25k - £30k, circa 24 hours per week. Responsibilities : Monitoring ongoing compliance activities via the Compliance Monitoring frameworkPerform risk assessments to understand the level, significance and scope of riskKeep up to date with, and understand, relevant laws and regulationsRecord keeping - ensuring all compliance activities are recorded and followed upEducate employees on regulations and also the impact to the organisation if these are not complied withInvestigate any irregularities and non-compliance issuesReport back to business on current risk and compliance performanceHighlight or escalate areas of concernReview marketing materials, presentations and websites to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsAssist in the gathering of internal information in response to regulatory requestsEmbed a culture of compliance across all teams (internal & external partners/Introducers).Ensure compliance with GDPR/data security - check that data protection laws are being adhered to in relation to the storage of data, and review and update policiesOversee the training & competency of all staff Office Administration : Perform various general administrative dutiesLiaise with outsourced IT services provider to ensure adequate IT supportManage online and paper filing systemsDevelop and implement new administrative systems, such as record managementOrganise the office and maintain supplies of stationery and equipmentMaintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairsOrganise internal meetings including the agenda and taking minutesLiaise with bookkeeper to manage month-end processesPrepare monthly management reports for DirectorsReview and update health and safety policies and ensure they're observedArrange regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices PRS builds close relationships with candidates and clients to fully understand their needs.
