Apply now We currently have an opportunity for a Compliance Manager to work with our retail team. We are offering a competitive salary for the position and as the Compliance manager you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality of an adequate compliance process for the Retail CoCo network and will be responsible for ensuring store managers complete the compliance process as designed in a competent and timely manner. This is an opportunity for you to Collaborate with key stakeholders, include specialist business partners to Retail, to ensure the currency of the audit framework in place, and that this delivers the strategic objectives for Retail, while ensuring an audit schedule, including announced and unannounced audits, are in place that is adequate in scale, scope and frequency to ensure compliance at store level is delivered to a consistent and effective level. You will also be expected to develop & maintain a compliance frames and associated policies, procedures and processes in agreement with senior management.
