Industry leaders in telematics we pride ourselves on providing our customers with knowledgeable product information to ensure they get the insurance product to meet their needs Full and Part time opportunities are available as a Customer Service Agent based in our inbound contact centre. Evenings and weekend hours are required for the part time positions. About our customer service agents You will be answering calls from our Customers from initial enquiries about car insurance products to renewals to general questions. Dealing with different brands and a range of questions each call and customer is unique You will be trained across the whole insurance journey Our ideal candidate Will have customer service experience Enjoy speaking to customers on the phone and achieve a positive outcome Be able to work in a busy fast paced environment.
