Apply now Conveyancing - Completions Assistant - Portsmouth A good quality and long established local firm in a central Portsmouth location (Southsea) with excellent knowledge of the local and wider Hampshire Property market have a great opportunity to join the team in providing conveyancing assistance on all post exchange work. This is a team with some great expertise and deals with the full range of residential conveyancing matters and with all types of property big or small, freehold or leasehold, from a first time buyer home to larger £1M + properties. You will play a key role in the team and carry out all post exchange work in what is a very vibrant and busy conveyancing department. Duties will include sale and purchase completions, mortgage redemptions, submission of SDLT forms and registrations at HM Land Registry. Ideally you will have already gained valuable and practical experience within a residential conveyancing department though further training and support will be provided where necessary.
