Apply now A requirement has arisen for a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a well known firm in Birkenhead. You need to have experience of handling a caseload however you do not need to be a qualified solicitor/conveyancer. You will have a full time assistant to delegate work to and the work is already generated so you can hit the ground running. This medium sized commercial firm have a very developed and busy conveyancing department - they have been established in this location for a while now and have a very strong reputation. They are looking for an experienced conveyancing fee earner to handle a full caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction to post completion, including re-mortgages, transfer of equity and right to buy. Ideally you will have experience handling a caseload without supervision. You will have a full time assistant and it will be your responsibility to delegate work to them and ensure this is being completed to your satisfaction. With this role, after 12 months there are clear progression opportunities to progress into a Conveyancing manager role - on the condition that this is of interest to you and you have shown you are a strong fee earner who can manage an assistant.
