With this business ,there are no targets, no stop watches and no having to compete with High Street Solicitors and Conveyancing companies for your clients. Handling a mixed caseload of residential property sales and purchases, including unregistered properties, Freehold & Leasehold and dealing with external solicitors, advisors and Estate Agents, you will be working alongside 2 qualified Conveyancers and a team of 6 support staff.Required Skills & Experience:* Must have at least 12 month's experience within the legal sector * Ability to manage own caseload * Excellent communication and time management skills* Able to work efficiently on own initiative and under pressure* Determination to progress and show willingness to learnRemuneration: In return for your experience, dedication and hard work you will receive a competitive salary plus bonus.
