Our client is recognised within the market for being an innovative and progressive conveyancing specialist. The Role: -Joining as a technical specialist in conveyancing sales, you will play a pivotal role in the wider team and the efficiency of the department. -You will both check and produce complex sale contracts in a fast paced environment in a professional manner as well as dealing with any legal enquiries raised by the purchaser's solicitors.-You must assist the team in working towards targets and ensuring SLAs are met on time. You will not have your own caseload, but rather provide technical support to the team on the sales side of the transaction.-You will be able to deliver an excellent customer service as well as professionally communicating with clients, whilst also building and utilising relationships.
