Reporting to a Senior Partner you will be given the opportunity to work on all aspects of corporate work including, joint ventures, public and private mergers and acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring and Shareholder and Partnership agreements. You will be given early responsibility for running matters, building client relationships and business development. As a guide, due to the nature of the work and the structure of the team, the client is looking for a lawyer with at least 2 years PQE in this field, although candidates with a different level of experience may be considered.
