Apply now Our client is looking for a Corporate Transactional Lawyer to join their fast-growing organisation who are fast becoming a major market player. The successful candidate will be dealing with a range of corporate transactional work and / or lending / banking work. Reporting into the General Counsel you will also be advising and assisting the business on a wide range of commercial legal matters as well as taking a lead role in the loan transaction process. The ideal candidate: Proven experience in Corporate and / or Banking transactionsKnowledge of security structures and taking securityAble to prepare loan and security documentation Our client envisages that candidates with 2+ years PQE plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
