This role will be sat within the costs team and will be focused on High Value Claimant Personal Injury with a particular focus on clinical negligence. If successful you will be anticipated to draft, negotiate, perform costs budgets and be able to demonstrate point of dispute and replies. Advocacy is of course desired but not essential. The Candidate will need to have a good standard of education but a professional qualification would be preferred.
