Apply now We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Complaints Manager to join our prestigious client based in Derbyshire. The successful candidate will head up our Complaints Team and direct the team to ensure that a high standard of complaint handling is delivered. Duties: Manage and develop the day to day function of Customer ServicesMonitor and report upon client complaintsProvide expert guidance on complaints and take the required action to resolve them appropriatelyIdentify and initiate improvements to the functionEnsure the complaints team are handling cases fairly and to a high standardLiaise with the Financial Ombudsman Service when necessary Person Specification: Excellent English language skills, both written and verbalProven ability to identify complex complaints and any necessary routes to improvement in resolution.Experience managing customer care representatives.Confident and professional telephone mannerStrong organisational abilities with impeccable attention to detailExperience of successfully managing difficult situationsIdeally you will have an understanding of the Financial Conduct Authority and Financial Ombudsman Service regulations.Efficient at managing own time and communicating with colleagues.Passionate about providing excellent customer service Hours: You will be required to work 40 hours per week Benefits Flexible hoursFree parkingCanteen area
