Our client specialises in accident insurance and is dedicated to developing and providing un-complicated insurance plans to protect their customers and their customers' loved ones. This is a Customer Service role where you will be speaking to clients via telephone and email regarding their policies. You will be handling all aspects of communications from customers in regards to policy enquiries, cancelling policies, updating customer details (address, payment methods), initial claim enquiries and general policy and customer enquiries. Our client is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK so all candidates must pass a credit and CRB check. You will be well spoken, resilient and enthusiastic. You will also have strong rapport & empathy building skills. You must speak and write in English and Italian. Salary - £19,361 + £1,000 bonus. Hours - 40 hours per week - Monday - Friday between 8am and 6pm on a rota.
