It's one of the largest Roman villas in England with well-preserved mosaics, two bath houses, hypocausts, a water shrine and even the remains of underfloor heating. What you'll be doing Our commercial work is essential to our continued funding. You'll be working in our car park, visitor reception, shop and café, where you'll be part of the operations team, responsible for ensuring that we continue to deliver excellent customer service every day. You'll be responsible for ensuring the presentation of our commercial areas is spot on, engaging our visitors, making them feel welcome and keeping all areas clean and tidy. You'll be responsible for working across all areas of the operations team, providing support to the teams as needed. You'll tell our visitors about the amazing work we do and what their money is funding.
