JOB ROLE:Customer Support Advisor JOB TYPE:Permanent HOURS: 36.5 hours PAY: £16,500 LOCATION: Stroud START DATE: 26.03.18 As a Customer Support Advisor you will: Provide exceptional customer service to all of our customers via telephony, electronic and face-to-face interactionsTake ownership of customer queries to offer first contact resolution where possible, to ensure delivery of high level of service in order to maintain our customer base.
