Apply now CEM Day's Ltd are looking for Aftersales Customer Satisfaction Support at it's Garngoch branch. The job consists of Monday to Friday 5.00pm to 7.00 pm (2 hours). The candidate must be confident on the telephone, responsible for contacting customers following the handover of new Fords, Fiat and Peugeot cars. No previous experience necessary as full training will be provided. This is a vital part of our Customer Satisfaction process, ensuring that customers are completely satisfied with their new vehicle and handling of the sale by the salesperson and the department.
