The store focuses on Niche and creative designers as well as their own in house collection, catering to the artistic shopper. Seeking strong people managers who can build and maintain relationships with brands, buyers and most importantly their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Accessories and be able to confidently talk about product. As the department Manager you will report directly to the floor business manager on sales and department performance so it is essential you are commercial and analytical. This is an autonomous role which seeks someone with initiative and ability to push new business strategies. Basic salary up to £35k pro rata + Bonus.
