Apply now Deputy Nurse Manager JobFull time job Ellesmere PortUp to £18.00 per hourSearch Consultancy is looking to recruit a registered general nurse or a registered mental health nurse to act as the deputy manager, on behalf of a care home based within Ellesmere Port. The home is part of a well known private healthcare company across the UK, who provides nursing care to service users with physical disability, dementia and old age. Previous experience within a care home or nursing home setting would be ideal but it is not essential as they provide support and training. Our client is looking for a registered nurse to work 40 hours per week on 12 hour day shifts, this also includes supernumery hours. As the deputy manager you will be responsible for overseeing and running the home along side a team of nursing and healthcare staff, ordering and administering medication, completing regular audits, organising staff rota's, completing regular observations on residents, supervising and supporting staff in shift and providing a high standard of care to all residents.
