Apply now Deputy Manager/Care Coordinator A highly praised Care Agency are currently recruiting for an experienced Deputy Manager/Care Coordinator based in Birmingham. You will have experience working both within a supported living setting supporting individuals together with experience of working as a Care Coordinator in a busy healthcare agency. You will be required to: Assist /manage in the daily operation of the supported living service.Participate in the assessment of service users and subsequent planning of service user care.Preparing and coordinate staff rotas, to ensure the correct delivery.Work with the registered manager to pre-empt recruitment needs.Liaising with customers and care workers to ensure an efficient service provisionOn call duties on a rota basis.Care plans and risk assessments. Provide written reports on complaints, accidents and incidents. Requirements: At least 1 year's care experience at care coordinator level or other junior management positions.NVQ Level 3 and above preferable.An ability to communicate effectively at all levels.Exceptionally well organised individual with proven administration experience.Good time management/prioritisation skills.Excellent communication skills. Ability to work on your own initiative.Flexible to work on a shift rota basis covering evenings, weekends bank holidays, nights and sleep ins.Full clean driving licence with access to a car (essential) Sounds like you?
