The clinical deputy manager position is with their nursing home in Fleetwood. The home is a specialist care centre and provides comprehensive care for around 35 Elderly residents that may need specialist nursing, dementia or palliative care. This role gives you the perfect balance of supernumerary hours and clinical hands on time with residents. The split is 24 hours clinical, 12 hours supernumerary per week.
