We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our successful Engineering division in Leicester City Centre. Your new role: Managing and growing our Engineering desk in our central Leicester office.Business development (for service background candidates this would not apply).Responsible for the division's P&L.Bring innovative ideas and solutions, input to the divisional strategy.Recruitment of internal consultants both sales and service/resourcing.Developing and training of your team including target sets and appraisals. What will you get in return? Our Ideal Candidate: Recruitment experience within the Engineering sector (sales or service) within Leicester and the surrounding area is essential.Ability to lead by example through performance against own targets and KPIs. Ability to keep on top of changes in market place and identify new areas of penetration. Ability to motivate and develop staff.A proven sales track record in new business development.
