The salary for this role is negotiable, dependent on experience, plus a good benefits package. My client is a successful, long-established regional practice with an enviable reputation. The firm takes on a supportive role within the local community, whilst also providing a professional legal service. The firm's clients vary from individuals to companies, and the teams are constantly dealing with new work. The Private Client Solicitor will have a background in will drafting, preparation of LPAs and administration of estates. The team is four strong, however, with the amount of work coming into the department, this is set to grow over the next couple of years. Experience of managing a team is essential for this role as the department will require someone to drive this busy department forwards.
