Apply now You will provide support to two of three founding partners of the Company. The Directors sit within the Client Relationship Team and although they do not always work directly on cases they are heavily involved in the day to day running of the team and the business in general. You will work directly with two Directors of the business, managing their busy schedules, organising both internal and external meetings. Building relationships across the business will be key as you'll be the main gatekeeper with regards to the Directors busy schedules. You will also be available to support the rest of the Client Relationship Team if required. On a daily basis you will liaise with external parties via phone and email as is required by the Directors. Your attendance may also be required at meetings to take minutes. Hours: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday Location: Victoria Salary: Dependent upon experience Start Date: ASAP Interviewing: ASAP Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Organise and schedule meetings - internal and external.Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, and take minutes during meetings.Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and accommodation for the Directors and other members of the team.Extensive diary management of senior management.Liaise with clients and business guests.Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments.Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management.Producing high quality documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.Inbox management.Liaise with reception to ensure that meeting rooms are booked accordingly.Submit and prepare expenses.Any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business.Actively participate in continual professional development taking an active interest in the industry and in developing new ideas and skills which can be of benefit to the business.On a daily basis you will liaise with external parties via phone and email as is required by the Directors. Candidates must be / have: Experienced Executive Assistant with over 5 years'+ experience working in a similar role.Experience working in Hedge funds, Law Firms or the Finance sector highly desired.Highly proficient using all Microsoft packages and advanced excel skills.Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise.Needs to be commercially aware / good with numbers.Confident working with senior stakeholders.Professional and confident dealing with high profile clients.Strong attention to detail.Confident and clear telephone manner and written communication.Ability to work to strict deadlines.Able to work autonomously.Able to prioritise a heavy workload.Positive outlook, seen as committed and enthusiastic.Calm under pressure and bounces back from set-backs.Align with a client-centric approach.Be passionate about their clients and their business.Act with discretion, integrity, respect and professionalism at all times.Adopt a collaborative approach.Commitment to professional excellence and a drive to continually grow and develop.Adaptable and resilient with the ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment and industry.Passionate about relationship and client development and genuine interest in the litigation funding arena.
