Apply now Position: E-Commerce Account Co-ordinator Location: Wrexham Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum Revive Recruitment are supporting our client to recruit an E-Commerce Account Co-ordinator due to continued expansion. The candidate must have previous experience of managing E-Commerce accounts of on-line retailers. With this being a new role, our Client is looking for someone who can bring great experience and have an enthusiastic proactive approach to developing a portfolio of business relationships. The Position This is a role that requires exceptional customer focus and an individual who continuously looks for improvements on behalf of our Clients customers. The role will primarily be office based but will require occasional site visits. The role will be defined by the customer's and business requirements and you must be able to adapt as the account grows and develops. Taking responsibility for third party e-commerce customers, duties will include: Managing the day to day communications with the E-Commerce On-Line Retailers, such as Amazon.Working alongside team members to ensure stock for key periods and to support promotional activity.Maximising revenue by exploring all sales opportunitiesImplementing the annual marketing plan and adhering to budgetExploring and understanding new opportunities to market our productsPutting together successful promotions whilst mindful of profitabilityRecording and maintaining customer information through Excel and external systemsOptimize and update product listings to maximize sales potentialCreative writing of product descriptions together with working with product images.Providing regular updates to the team and management on progressWorking towards sales targets and set KPI'sPlaying a Key role as part of a small teamOccasional travel to trade and consumers shows and customer. Required Skills Self-motivated and drivenHigh level of verbal and written communication skillsHave the desire to grow the role and deliver exceptional servicePrevious experience of working within a customer care, marketing or sales environment particularly e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or eBayAttention to detailStrong organisation skills and process drivenComputer literate with good working knowledge of ExcelAbility to work as a part of a teamPhotoshop skills, experience with graphic design software and illustrator/ InDesign.
