ER Advisor - (HR Advisor | HR Officer) This role will be critical in providing a great employee relations service to key stakeholders and line managers, within a range of key HR policies and procedures: sickness and absence | disciplinary / grievance | performance improvement | discrimination | bullying | employee conduct. You will be the first point of contact and steer stakeholders through correct procedure and company best practice, advising at all stages and ensuring that all discussions and actions are progressed in a timely manner, whilst managing complex and key cases yourself. ER Advisor - (HR Advisor | HR Officer) - Essential Criteria Have advised line managers in an operational HR / ER position, within a busy, high volume roleThorough understanding of applying HR policies and procedures within in the areas of employee conduct, sickness and absence, performance, grievance, disciplinary, investigations, dismissalDetailed knowledge of employment legislation and its application within the defined areasHave provided guidance and coaching via telephone, email, reports, interviews, in person to line managersAble to build relationships quickly, influence stakeholders and push back when requiredHighly organized, able to manage your own workload.
