Due to the increasing success of our Permanent Education Division, we are looking for an ambitious and professional Recruitment Consultant who will specialise in placing secondary school teachers into permanent roles. Who are we looking for? If you are an experienced Education Consultant seeking a new challenge, or a recruitment consultant who has worked in another area of the recruitment industry, then this would be a fantastic opportunity to develop your skill set by focusing on high calibre permanent placements. We are also open to supporting ambitious and articulate graduates with a genuine interest of pursuing a career within recruitment. You will source the best Qualified Teaching Professionals for permanent roles in your client schools through networking, advertising, headhunting and attendance to job fairs. You will also demonstrate a tenacious attitude as you market these candidates, organise interviews and negotiate fees for your services. Impeccable time management and organisation skills are essential as you prioritise your work load in a fast paced environment. The successful consultant will be target driven and have the ability to manage existing schools whilst developing new business. Skills and Experience: Excellent & articulate communicator; both written and verbal Experience of direct sales or recruitment Graduates looking for a career within the recruitment sector considered A genuine interest in education Persistent, persuasive, positive Well-presented, charismatic and enthusiastic personality A self-starter who enjoys the challenge of a demanding and varied work flow Relentless Drive to succeed and exceed targets What can we offer you?
