My client is a well established high street firm seeking an Employment Solicitor for their growing department. The position would be ideal for a NQ solicitor, however, candidates with more experience will still be considered. Ideally you will have both contentious and non-contentious employment experience and any experience conducting your own advocacy would be highly desirable but not a requirement. It is important that you have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to hit the ground running with regards to handling your own case load of employment law matters, however, a lot of training and support is of course on hand from your supervisors. The firm is looking for someone who wants to commit and grow with the firm on a long-term basis and is looking for their potential associates and partners of the future.
