About the Role: Operating new and existing businessTake ownership of customer accounts, resolving enquiries and problems in a timely and efficient mannerMaintain a positive and growing relationship with customersLeads will be provided through a variety of sources and you will also have the opportunity to assist in the development of the sales strategyOwn and effectively manage assigned commercial product promotions and sales campaignsMaintain technical knowledge and customer servicing skillsReceive the full backing of a market leading broking and service team, offering the best available opportunities for success Key Skills/Experience Required: Proven new business track record within commercial insuranceSound technical knowledge of different commercial insurance productsExperience working for an insurance brokerExperience in providing specialised sales advise in the insurance marketA thorough understanding of the insurance marketSelf-motivated, driven, organised and ambitiousExperience as an Account or Development Executive, or someone with excellent commercial insurance experience, who can demonstrate they have the required sales and service skills to step into this type of roleDemonstrate that you have the ability to build strong relationships with key decision makersProgression towards CII qualifications would be beneficial, but not essential If you're looking for a refreshing, autonomous environment with a 'skies the limit' mentality and a very well thought out business plan then please do get in touch.
