Apply now Family Solicitor - Grays, Essex Family Solicitor (must have legal aid experience) My client is a top regional firm in Essex with an excellent reputation in the market. They are looking for an experienced full time fee earner to join their highly respected Family & Child Law team in their Grays office. They would consider applications from solicitors and legal executives with the relevant experience and will need a minimum of 1 years PQE. Legal aid experience is ESSENTIAL. A good knowledge of child care and family law is required, as are excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle matters with empathy and sensitivity. You will be dealing with a wide range of family work including divorce, financial issues, child arrangements and care proceedings. Previous experience in legal aid work is essential although some cases will be privately funded. Previous advocacy experience would be desirable but not essential. The firm offers a competitive salary plus a performance related bonus scheme. 24 days a year annual leave. If you have the necessary experience apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
