Apply now I am currently recruiting for a Field Service Manager to work for a leading manufacturer of ticket vending and payment machines supplied to the transport industry (train and bus stations)This role would be ideal for a Service Manager from any related electro-mechanical engineering industryThe Role: Working from home covering Northern IrelandManaging a team of engineersProvide technical support where necessary to customers and engineersUndertaking reviews with engineersMeeting customers and regularly monitoring their satisfaction levelHanding escalated customer complaintsAssist in the recruitment of new engineers The Candidate: MUST have experience of managing field service engineersMUST have previous engineering experienceWill have outstanding organisational abilityWill have experience of training and developing field service engineers Salary:Up to £35,000 (depending on experience) + overtime + bonuses + company car, pension scheme and healthcare To apply please send an updated CV
