Apply now We are currently recruiting for First Response Advisors for a well established insurance company based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a permanent role offering the salary between £17,000- £21,000 and Immediate starts. Hours: Shift Patterns on a 4 week rota - working every one in 3 SaturdaysWeek 1: 9am-5pm Week 2: 10am-6pm Week 3: 8am-4pm Week 4 : 12pm- 8pm About The Role:•To effectively capture all new claims information to achieve an early assessment of liability.•To achieve maximum capture of vehicle hires for both credit hire and authorised hire.•To capture maximum capture of injuries. •To capture maximum capture of Repairs •To capture a maximum of Salvage cases•Conduct full and detailed enquiries in all new claims cases to capture maximum information at first response to accurately reserve claims and assess liability•To establish where possible which work stream the claim should follow, fault, non fault, dispute•Maximise hire conversion•Maximise PI Referrals•Maximise Repairs •Maximise Salvage •Capture third party claimants on fault casesEssential Skills & Experience •Sales driven and motivated self starter•Persuasive, strong and confident telephone manner•Accurate decision making based on a professional questioning technique. •PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills in relation to setting up new claims•Ability to convert services About The Benefits •Offering the salary between £17,000- £21,000•Immediate start •Great company to work for To ApplyIf this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please send your CV to We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
