You will be supporting customers with everyday living to include : Housing Support Practical and emotional Support Welfare benefit Support Attending GP appointments Court and probation visits Support plans and outcomes Clients may have come from a background of ex-offending, drug and alcohol and or mental health background. You will have some knowledge of criminal justice and have worked with ex-offenders and mental health.
