Due to an increase in demand for their products and expertise our client is now looking for a variety of positions on a 12-month fixed term contract.As a Foundry Moulder you will report to the Foundry Supervisor, carry out specific tasks relating to the Foundry production. Vital preparation, moulding and assembling of moulds will be required for casting to a planned programme.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*Prepare moulds using both green sand and resin bonded sand.*Assemble moulds for casting.*Shot blasting.*Apply coatings to moulds.*Drive overhead cranes.*Ensure that a good standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times.*All tasks to be completed in the safest manner, adhering to all health and safety rules and regulations.*Any other tasks as requested by the Foundry Manager/Supervisor.The suitable candidate will have Foundry experience, be able to drive an overhead crane and be a Time served Moulder.This role is a 3 shift pattern (Mornings - Monday to Thursday 6am-1.45pm Friday 6am-12pm/ Backs - Monday to Thursday 1.30pm-9.15pm Friday 11.45am-5.45pm/ Nights Monday to Thursday 9pm-6.15am).It is also a fixed term 12 month contract.If you are interested in this role, click APPLY NOW.Kinetic plc is a Recruitment Consultancy with over 30 years' experience delivering staffing solutions to the engineering, manufacturing and technical industries.Kinetic plc treats all applications confidentially and we review all submissions.
