Apply now SA Tuning is an innovative and growing vehicle tuning company, now based in Great Hallingbury (near to Stansted Airport and Bishops Stortford). We are looking for a new Front of House Team Member. For this role you must be passionate and knowledgeable about cars and engines, as well as having a keen interest in the vehicle tuning industry. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with the right skills looking to enter the world of tuning. The Front of House Team Member will: Be the first point of contact for our customers arriving at the workshopTake a key role in sales, pushing the business forwardBe responsible for maintaining excellent levels of customer serviceBe responsible for ensuring that customer facing areas are well maintainedRespond effectively to online and telephone enquiries in a timely mannerBuild and communicate bespoke customer quotesLiaise with key suppliers as appropriateOrganise and complete administration for customer bookings and ordersTake a role in managing invoicesTake a role in managing payments and billing onsiteProvide administrative support for the Workshop Team and the DirectorsWork with the Team on the development of new business opportunitiesLiaise with the workshop team in relation to the efficient running of the workshop. There is also likely to be an opportunity to be involved in events, car shows, track days and the making of promotional videos. The successful candidate will possess: Excellent customer service skillsExcellent sales skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisational skillsGood IT skillsGood maths skills. Candidates will be asked to demonstrate these skills within the recruitment process.The successful candidate will also: Hold a full driving license and have access to their own vehicleBe available to work on Saturdays, as well as week daysHave a 'can do' attitude and the ability to multi taskBe forward thinking, with the ability to contribute to the business. Remuneration will be dependent on skills and experience. There may be opportunities to earn performance-based bonuses once established in the role.
