Apply on employer's website GDPR Business Analyst/PMO - LegalCanary Wharf, LondonContract length: 3-6 monthsCompetitive salary We are currently looking for an experienced process driven, self-starting GDPR Business Analyst/PMO to document the current state of several key business processes across the Global Cision Group.To be successful in this role, you will have a sound understanding of GDPR and come from a law and data protection background, with the ability to: Coordinating PMO and tracking across GDPR programme streamsDocumenting processes, policies, guidelines, FAQs, related deliverable and programme communicationLegal BA support to external enquiries (Customer / Influencer), working closely with General and external counselLegal BA support for supplier contract renegotiation reconciliation / GDPR update and HR contractual legal supportSupporting the GDPR team across other streams as required Who are we looking for? You must have good understanding of data protection regulations: GDPR & UK DPA, or CNIL (France), or BDSG (German data protection); also privacy knowledge and have worked on compliance transformation programmesYou must be adaptable, organised with strong analysis, planning and coordination skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to react well to a demanding, challenging, fast-paced environmentSelf starter requiring minimum direction, working well under pressureExcellent office documentation skills - process documents/workflow definition is vital; particularly Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.You must have managed Subject Access Requests (SARs) and dealt with difficult legal enquiries relating to a consent or supplier renegotiationYour must have managed contractual amendments for suppliers, employees and customers contracts and be used to handling negotiationsIT / Compliance knowledge would be very helpfulLanguages: Good French / German would be a huge bonusGood knowledge of GDPR / privacy would be invaluable To deliver on this key project, you will report to the Project Manager and work alongside Business Systems Analysts.This is a fantastic opportunity to join Cision, the global leader in media intelligence; we take pride in our ability to serve the complete workflow of communications, social media and content marketing for marketing, PR and communications professionals across the world.
