The Role: Manage a small team of employeesTake full control of the Garden & Sundries Department, reporting in to the General Site Manager Ensure the Department is always fully-stocked, seasonally relevant and well presented Meet and exceed KPI targets such as Sales, Stock Loss, Labour and Customer Service The Successful Candidate: Previous experience working in a Garden Centre is highly preferred Candidates with a passion for Gardening may still be considered if they can demonstrate the relevant transferable skills (e.g. merchandising, team leadership etc)Please note that a current and valid Driving Licence is required and applicants without this will unfortunately not be considered Salary & Benefits: Starting salary between £24k - £28k (depending on experience)Company Pension scheme
