While subject speciality is useful, this role is looking for a teacher with excellent classroom management skills who would be able to step in and cover a KS3-KS4 classroom. Required: > Recognised Teaching Qualification PGCE or equivalent QTS. > Classroom experience of KS3-KS4. > Good classroom management skills. > Outstanding organisational skills.
