Apply now General Manager - Customer Insight - Fleet Services £65k package (£50/55k base, £60/65k OTE, car and benefits) - South East CJ2328 The Role Is leading a small team that converts high quality customer feedback - including customer complaints, into process review and re-design so that service delivery is always as best as it can be - which is class leading. Through a range of media you will collate customer insights and experiences, identify how improvements can be made and work with other departmental stakeholders to review - and improve, systems and working practices for your customers. About You You are a highly experienced professional with either customer quality, customer experience or customer insight experience, ideally in a financial services or similar background. You also have a deep knowledge of FCA Regulations, excellent stakeholder and project management skills and people management experience. In addition you have the ability to analyse complex data and interpret and present your conclusions effectively.
