Founded in 2003 they have grown from strength to strength and anticipate further growth. This is a privately owned independent HR business. They offer bespoke services and solutions to their clients, enabling them to both plan and implement effective HR policies and procedures and to react quickly and professionally to those inevitable unforeseen HR issues and concerns as they arise. Our client provides HR and employment law advice line for clients including- HR documentation, project work, on-site support and in general, support across all aspects of HR. We are looking to recruit an experienced HR Consultant to take on client work at our clients' business in Goring on Thames. (RG8) The HR Consultant will provide a timely and professional, general HR advisory service to external clients across a variety of business sectors. You will be involved in providing advice over the 'phone and by email and also producing HR documents such and handbooks and contracts. Based in Goring (RG8) the role could involve some travel to our clients' sites which are usually no more than an hour from the office. The office is located within walking distance of Goring station although you would need a driving licence and own transport for client meetings etc. The successful applicant will need to have: ·At least 2 years recent experience in a similar role. ·CIPD qualified up to level 4 with up to date employment law knowledge. ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ·Excellent organisational and time management skills. ·A good work ethic, able to provide high quality service whilst striving for continuous improvement. ·Hold a current driving licence and have own transport You will receive a competitive salary, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
