Apply now Job Title: H&S/SERVICE-MANAGER Location: West Bridgford, Nottingham Salary: £33,528 - £35,613 depending on experience with a performance related bonus. Job type: Permanent, Full time Closing date: Sunday 25th March 2018 The Company provides grounds maintenance, arboriculture, landscaping, playground and street cleansing services to a number of public and private sector clients across the East Midlands with ambitious plan for strategic expansion. The Company is currently also recruiting an Operations Manager and Business Development Manager to support its growth agenda. The Role: They are looking to recruit an experienced H&S/Service Manager who will have responsibility for the management of accident reporting, including accident investigation, hazard identification and accident prevention. Responsibilities also include ISO9001 and other certifications, management and the creation, updating and implementation of highly effective policies, procedures and related training interventions across the organisation. To be successful in the role you will: Have significant experience of working in an H&S role and will possess strong communication skills, be highly organised and solution-focused with a flexible attitude to working hours and a willingness to travel to sites. Qualification in NEBOSH National General Certificate or equivalent and membership of a professional body (such as IOSH) is required, together with a valid First Aid Certificate and a full, clean driving licence.
