Due to our outstanding on going success, we are seeking a Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager for our H&T store in Gillingham, ME7 1AQ. Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Gillingham Assisting the shop manager in overseeing the daily operations of a shop. You'll be expected to meet specific operations standards, financial goals and objectives as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Establishing great customer relations atmosphere by greeting every customer and providing the customer with a prompt and efficient serviceAdministering loan products whilst explaining all the necessary information to the customerAssisting in sourcing and recruiting Retail AssistantsAssisting with the training and development of staff Skills required: Customer service experience within a retail environmentSome supervisory or management experience is advantageous, but not necessarily essentialGood understanding of MathsFluent English speaker The person: Must have excellent communication skillsApproachable and helpfulFriendly and engaging demeanourReliable and trustworthyExcellent rapport builder What we offer: Based in our Gillingham H&T Store, High Street, ME7 1AQ.Permanent, full time role, working 5 days per week , between Mondays and SaturdaysCompetitive salary levelCompany benefits including holiday pay, pension and season ticket loansWorking as part of a friendly team Please apply today for immediate consideration.
