We are fully committed to finding high quality staff that are able to provide outstanding support to every single student.Your new roleYou will be placed at a local Pupil Referral Unit supporting students who display challenging and sometimes volatile behaviour. You will use the teachers guidance, as well as your own knowledge to enable pupils to develop and progress with their education.What you'll need to succeedYou will need a sound knowledge of the SEN Code of Conduct, enabling you to show best practice when fulfilling your role. You will need referable experience working with children in a professional capacity within recent years.
