Apply now Teaching Assistant TA Learning support assistant LSA North Devon Your new companyWorking alongside Hays with a large and well established Primary school, part of a growing academy in North Devon, is looking for a Teaching assistant or learning support assistant to aid the teacher working with Key stage 1 and Key stage 2 students.Your new roleAs a teaching assistant or learning support assistant, your new job will be to aid the teacher with delivering the curriculum to small groups, large groups and 1:1 tutelage. You will have the opportunity to utilise a range of teaching techniques, managing behaviour and noting achievements in a supportive and engaging environment. You will also be offered the chance to work on extracurricular activities of your choosing, leading in your specialist subject.What you'll need to succeedYou will be a flexible, hard working and reliable individual, with an enthusiasm for education.
