Apply now Head of Division / Head of Retail - Menswear £80,000 - £90,000 + benefits London This is a Senior Management role which oversees a large part of the store business and the team within the Menswear Division. A key element to this job is planning, reviewing and taking action to drive the business, so the jobholder will be extremely pro-active in driving and developing future business and influencing business decisions. We're looking for an outstanding individual with the foresight, ideas and entrepreneurial spirit to impact on an already phenomenal success. To make the grade, you'll need to show an intuitive feel for superlative customer service. You'll need to live and breathe luxury brands. You'll need tremendous passion, energy and drive. You'll be maximising sales and setting standards. Motivating and inspiring managers. Then there are KPIs to meet, stock to monitor and eight direct reports to lead and enthuse. Above all though, your focus will be on ensuring each discerning customer who walks through our door enjoys a level of service beyond compare. One that compels them to come back for more. Vision and initiative are crucial - especially when it comes to driving the business forward. You also have a flawless retail record, impressive senior level management experience and clear insight into top-end products. Un-phased by £multi-million sales figures, you're a big picture thinker whose commercial judgement is matched only by your ability to build solid working relationships.
