Apply now A growing online fashion retailer in the West Midlands has decided it's time to take on a Head of Marketing to take the company through to the next phase of their ambitious expansion. The role The Head of Marketing is a brand new role within this expanding e-commerce retailer. Until now, senior management has been looking after the marketing division, but it's time for an experienced professional to take over, who'll offer fresh ideas, using their experience to take the company into the international markets. You'll be line managing a team of three, including a Content Writer and a Blogger, and working with the Board of Directors to devise, implement, and analyse marketing campaigns. What we're looking for Most importantly, we are looking for someone who has experience in a very similar role, who is able to the hit the ground running, providing a return on investment within the very early stages. Perhaps you are currently a Head of Marketing within a large, corporate online fashion retailer but you'd prefer to be a big fish in a smaller pond. You've probably line managed before, and if not, you've certainly managed projects, overseeing teams and getting the job done. You must know the fashion industry and the e-commerce sector like the back of your hand. Experience of working with international markets would be really beneficial. You'll understand the importance of social media within the online fashion sector, so you'll know how to maintain established affiliate marketing relationships with bloggers and influencers, plus you'll recognise untapped resources, constantly striving to stay two steps ahead of the latest social media trends. Despite the huge emphasis on e-commerce here, we need someone who has experience with the full marketing mix. What's on offer? It gets said too often, but this is a wonderful opportunity to truly take ownership of a brand new role. There's a highly competitive salary package at £60k to £80k, and relocation costs will be covered.
