YOU can be clinicial or non clinical to do this role - most importantly the successful candidate will have strategic leadership experience in a Health environment. As Head of Occupational Health and Wellbeing you will be responsible for the operational management and professional leadership of an efficient, effective and quality service that enhances the wellbeing of the workforce. With proven experience of developing and delivering health and wellbeing strategies you will promote innovation and encourage change and creativity across the workforce. The successful candidate will - Manage the Occupational Health and Wellbeing function, including full line management responsibilities.- Ensure clinical practice and governance is compliant with professional standards; maintaining service provision and audit.To apply you will be a registered Healthcare Professional with postgraduate qualification or proven experience of developing and delivering health and wellbeing strategies, initiatives, services and leadership in the fields of occupational and psychological health.Salary: £53K - £60K
