If so, we could have the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently recruiting for a Health and Safety Consultant on behalf of our specialist client based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This role will involve travelling off-site to deliver health & safety consultancy services and professional support to clients nationwide. You will be responsible for your own client base and will nurture this over time. Some of the key responsibilities for the consultation position will include: Conducting risk assessments and auditsWriting reportsCarrying out COSHH and DSE Assessments Due to the nature of this position, as a client facing consultant you will be encouraged to upsell where possible and will be responsible for your own order book, business development and the introduction of new clients is also encouraged, therefore excellent communication and negotiation skills are required for this position. Some of the key requirements for the position consist of: NEBOSH diploma, or must be working towards itFlexibility, as the hours can vary (overnight stays may be required on an ad hoc basis)Driving licence and own transport (Expenses paid)The ability to manage your own workloadThe ability to manage your own client baseMeeting deadlines In return for your hard work and determination a competitive basic salary and bonus package are offered.
