Apply now Qualified Health & Social Care Assessor required in Suffolk Salary - £25,000 + mileage company benefits My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Health & Social Care Assessor to delivering levels 2 - 3 and ideally level 5 working across the Suffolk Delivering the full apprenticeships in Health and Social Care up to Level 5 including Functional Skills up to Level 2Planning and coordinating training, resources and support to enable learners to achieve their qualificationsUsing E-portfolio to track learners progressManaging own caseloads within timely completion rate as required by assessment and verification processesWorking with the internal verifier to ensure standards are metManaging and achieving targets set by the lead IQAEngaging with clients to obtain and provide learner feedback and to generate new business to help grow the company Candidates will ideally have: Hold NVQ Level 3 or level 5 in Care ManagementPTLLS - not essential Be a qualified assessor and hold either an A1 qualification or equivalentHave substantial vocational experience in Health and Social Care ideally within a management roleHave previous experience working as an assessor and a successful track record in achieve a high number of apprentice completionsHave a full UK driving licence and access to their own carExperience of completing Individual Learning Plans and conducting learner progress reviewsExperience of working in a target driven environment Benefits: Competitive salary £25,000 Business mileage expenses at 45p per mile ·20 days paid holiday plus bank holidays Excellent training and development opportunities Regular feedback and individual development planning Use of mobile phone and laptop
